We understand – sometimes things just don't work out. Whether you've changed your mind or there's something wrong with your phone, we're here to help! Here's how returns and complaints work on our platform.

Changed your mind? No problem!

30 days to decide

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product – no questions asked. Even if the law provides for a shorter period, you always have 30 days with us.

Full or partial refund

Would you like to return your entire order? Or just one product? The decision is yours.

Free of charge returns

Returning the product costs you nothing. We cover all shipping costs.

How do I start a return?

Just let us know via the Helpdesk tool in your account. Or send us an email or letter if you prefer the old-school way.

When you inform us that you wish to return a product:

We will send you
a return label.

Return the phone within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Return it with all accessories and packaging (if this is an essential part of the product).

Important: You can, of course, check the phone to see how it works, but please do not use it excessively.
If the phone is returned damaged or with visible signs of use, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Pack the product securely.

Don't have the original box? No problem – just use a sturdy cardboard box and fill any empty spaces with protective material to prevent damage.

Something wrong?

If your phone is not working properly or does not match the description:

You have 24 months to file a complaint if you are a consumer.

We will repair or replace it free of charge.

If this is not possible, you can request a price reduction or return the product and receive a full refund.

We cover all shipping costs related to compaints and repairs!

Important information

You are responsible for any loss in value of the device if you have used it more intensively than was necessary to check its functionality.

Differences in colours caused by screen settings are not considered grounds for return.
