Device conditions under which Partners in the Trade-In program can set buyback prices

Functional – Very Good
The device is fully functional, with no defects or faults. The screen and casing are in near-perfect condition – no scratches or cracks, with only minimal, barely noticeable signs of normal use. All functions and components work properly.

Functional – Good
The device is fully functional, with minor visible signs of use, such as light scratches or scuffs on the screen or casing. There are no mechanical damages affecting the device’s performance.

Functional – Used
The device is fully operational but shows clear signs of heavy use, such as visible scratches, scuffs, or discoloration on the screen and/or casing. Despite cosmetic wear, all functions work correctly, and the device has no significant technical faults.

Functional – Cracked
The device works properly but has a crack on the screen or casing that does not affect its core functionality. All features (touchscreen, camera, speakers, microphone, charging, etc.) operate without issues, though the device’s aesthetics are reduced.

Non-Functional – Damaged Parts with Scratches
The device has technical issues affecting its performance (e.g., problems booting up, a damaged camera, charging port, or buttons) and also has visible scratches on the screen or casing. The device requires repair to restore full functionality.

Non-Functional – Damaged Parts with Cracks
The device is not functional, with serious faults requiring repair, and has visible cracks on the screen or casing. It may be suitable for further repair or for dismantling into spare parts.
