When you buy a phone on Swapiphone, you not only get great hardware, but also a 12-month warranty. In some cases, this period may even be longer – just check the details on the product card. This means you can use your device for a whole year without worrying that something will go wrong.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers the most important parts of your device: screen, camera, charging port, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, microphone and vibration. If something stops working, we'll fix it – quickly and at no extra cost.

What do we offer?

Quick response – reply within 24 hours (on business days).

Free return – you will receive a return label immediately after completing the form.

Quick repair – usually within 7 working days.

Replacement of equipment – if repair proves impossible.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Flooding and mechanical damage.

Modifications made by unauthorised persons.

Damage resulting from improper use.

Normal wear and tear (e.g. batteries due to use).

How to request a repair?

  1. Log in to your account and fill out the form in the Helpdesk.
  2. You will receive a free return label – pack the equipment and send it back.
  3. Before shipping, delete your personal data and log out of your accounts (Google and/or Apple ID).
  4. Wait for the repair or replacement – we will take care of the rest.

As the platform administrator, we help streamline the entire process, but it is the seller who is responsible for the repair.

The warranty is not insurance – you can purchase it separately.
