DHL is one of our main courier partners, offering fast and secure delivery of used electronic devices both domestically and internationally. Once the buyer places an order through the Platform, the seller automatically receives an email confirmation containing all the required buyer and order details, based on which the seller independently generates the shipping labels. This information is also available in the Seller Account under Sales → Orders → Details.

The seller can either schedule a courier pickup from the specified address or deliver the package to a DHL POP point. Buyers are kept informed about the status of their shipment through SMS and email notifications, which makes tracking and planning the delivery much easier.

Information to be completed in the Seller Account

DHL Client ID
DHL Client Secret
DHL ApiKey

To obtain DHL access credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, API Key), you must have an active contract with DHL and an account in the DHL Developer Portal (DHL Express) or the DHL Developer Portal Poland (DHL Parcel). After logging in, go to the Create Application section, select the services you want to use, and save the settings. The system will automatically generate the required credentials, which can be found in the details of the created application. If you do not have access to the portal or cannot generate the keys, please contact DHL technical support and provide your contract number.
