Order shipping
All shipments carried out within the Platform are handled exclusively by DHL and UPS. Cooperation with these carriers ensures full control of the delivery process, the ability to track shipments, and quick response to potential logistical issues. Thanks to DHL and UPS services, Sellers also have access to express delivery options, which helps shorten delivery times and better adapt the process to Buyers’ expectations.
The choice of carrier is made at the level of a specific order. To indicate the courier, the Seller should go to the Sales → Orders → Order details tab in the Seller Panel. The option to select a carrier (DHL or UPS) becomes available only once the order has been paid for by the Buyer and the device’s serial number has been entered. Once these conditions are met, the Seller can add the shipment’s tracking number.
Important information
- 1. The Seller may not use their own labels or ship parcels outside the Platform system.
- 2. The Administrator has constant insight into the delivery process, which enables monitoring and possible intervention.
- 3. The Seller decides on the cost of standard shipping for all selected delivery locations and countries. The sales price of the Product presented to the Buyer consists of the total value of the device price plus shipping costs.
