Before listing the device, it must be fully reset using an installation medium or the recovery menu, ensuring the removal of all previous user data and the restoration of factory settings. Upon restart, the computer should automatically proceed to the region selection screen, confirming that the reset procedure has been correctly performed and that the device is ready for configuration by the new owner.

Windows Laptops – All Windows laptops offered for sale must be fully reset and equipped with a valid Windows 11 license unless otherwise indicated in the offer. The seller should provide a legitimate Windows 11 product key or verify the OEM key during the installation process to ensure the legality and full functionality of the operating system. Upon restart, the device should automatically proceed to the initial Windows setup screen (Windows Out-of-the-Box Experience – OOBE), confirming that the system has been properly installed and is ready for first-time use by the new owner.

iPhone and iPad – Devices must be restored to the latest supported version of iOS, released no earlier than two months before the customer’s purchase date.

Any deliberate modifications or alterations to the device that could mislead the customer regarding its actual technical condition, specifications, or usage history are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: changing the IMEI or serial number to conceal the true identity of the device, altering the actual battery capacity by installing a component with different specifications than the original, and any manipulation intended to artificially inflate the battery health percentage or other key technical parameters.

Such practices are not only in violation of the Platform’s rules but may also breach applicable laws, potentially resulting in serious consequences, including the permanent suspension of the seller’s account. All products offered for sale must fully comply with their actual technical specifications and the original manufacturer’s standards to ensure that buyers receive accurate information and fair purchasing conditions.
