Product Quality Requirements
To ensure customers receive the highest quality and full functionality of devices, all products offered for sale must be assessed as 100% functional. The offered goods must meet the established classification and testing criteria in accordance with applicable quality standards. Products must be sold in compliance with the laws of the customer’s country of residence and must additionally meet the following critical requirements. Compliance is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in rejection of the offer or other consequences.
Full functionality
Each product must be fully functional, exactly as it was at the time of its first sale as new. Any external and internal defects must be repaired before shipping. The device should be carefully checked and cleaned.
Removal of previous owner’s data
All user data must be permanently erased before sale. The device must not be blocked (e.g., on a “blacklist” registry) and should have a valid software license.
Original markings
External markings must be complete, intact, and fully consistent with the factory appearance. Adding extra logos, inscriptions, or other symbols is prohibited.
CE certification
Each product must be approved for sale in the EU and bear a physically applied CE mark.
Functionality tests
A performance test using professional software must be carried out before shipping.
Minimum battery performance
At the time of sale, battery capacity must be at least 85% of its original value. All battery-powered products should be charged to at least 30% upon delivery.
Spare parts
Repairs must use components compliant with OEM quality and specifications or their equivalents—either original new parts or those sourced from dismantled devices—so as to maintain the original parameters and safety of the device.
Displays
When replacing a screen, the same type of display must be used (e.g., OLED soft → OLED soft). Use of hard OLED screens is prohibited.
Prohibition of BMS interference
It is forbidden to modify the battery management system (BMS) or transfer it between batteries.
Test documentation
For each device, test documentation (including IMEI number or serial number, depending on the product) must be stored for the entire warranty period. These documents must be available upon request. Failure to provide them may lower the seller’s quality rating, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.
Unlocking and security compliance
The product must be free from manufacturer or third-party security locks, as well as previous owners’ accounts (e.g., passwords, user accounts, iCloud, MDM, blacklist). Selling rooted devices is prohibited.
Network and standards compatibility
Smartphones must be fully compatible with all standards applicable in the customer’s country of residence throughout the warranty period.
IMEI status
Each smartphone’s IMEI number must be checked for blocking or theft reporting. Proof that the IMEI is not blocked or reported as stolen/lost in operator or police databases must be provided upon request.
The external appearance of the devices
The interior and exterior of all products, including keyboards, connectors, and speakers, must be clean and free of dust. Neither the packaging nor the product should carry price tags. Please note that even a single scratch or dent may result in the product being downgraded to a lower category and returned by a dissatisfied customer. Adhering to the above rules helps avoid complaints, increases customer satisfaction, and improves the overall quality of the offer on the platform.
