Prohibited products
To ensure transaction security, maintain a high level of offer quality, and protect Buyers’ interests, we define a list of products that are not permitted for sale on our Platform. Compliance with the rules below is a condition for maintaining active Seller status.
Devices with engravings or personalization
Products with permanent engravings, personalized markings, or other modifications to the original appearance that prevent resale in their original condition are prohibited.
Blacklisted devices
The sale of equipment reported as stolen, lost, or blocked in operator registries (the so-called “blacklist”) is not allowed.
Financially locked devices (greylisted / finance-locked)
It is forbidden to list products with an active block due to unpaid installments, leasing obligations, or other financial liabilities.
Devices with bypassed manufacturer security
Products that are rooted, jailbroken, or otherwise modified to circumvent factory security protections may not be sold.
Counterfeits and replicas
The Platform enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward the sale of counterfeit or replica branded products. Any violation results in permanent removal of the Seller from the Platform.
Devices intended for foreign markets, non-compliant with local standards
The sale of devices in versions that do not support local standards (e.g., mobile network frequencies, safety regulations) is prohibited.
Products outside the categories available on the Platform
The Platform only allows refurbished consumer electronics, including but not limited to: phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, desktop computers, cameras, audio equipment, monitors, TVs, home appliances, printers, scanners, and gaming consoles. If you cannot find the category you are looking for, please contact our support team via the contact form or by email at [email protected]. The team will verify the possibility of adding a new category and inform you once it becomes available in the system.
If the Seller has received information that they are selling counterfeit, defective, or dangerous devices, or that the product does not meet the criteria specified in the Agreement, they are obliged to withdraw the product from sale by changing its status to inactive, to immediately (within no more than 2 days) inform the Administrator in writing and via email, and to take appropriate steps to prevent potential damage to the Administrator and Buyers.
